Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Travelle mobile application ("App") operated by Brezza Labs LLC ("Travelle," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Travelle. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not create more than one account per person.
- You may delete your account at any time from inside the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@travelle.app if you cannot access the app. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Description of Service
Travelle is a travel planning and organization tool that allows you to create trip itineraries, collaborate with other travelers, generate AI-powered trip suggestions, chat with an AI assistant that can answer questions about your trips and travel data, modify existing trips through AI-powered suggestions, track shared expenses, and manage your travel plans. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Travelle is not a travel agency, travel agent, tour operator, or booking service. We do not sell, resell, or book flights, hotels, transportation, or any travel services. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, safety, or quality of any destination, venue, activity, or service referenced in the App. We strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance for your trips.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Plans and Credits
Travelle offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Max) that provide Travelle AI Credits for generating trip itineraries. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time top-ups. Unused subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period. Unused top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
IMPORTANT: Subscriptions are recurring charges. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the subscription price displayed at the time of purchase. You will continue to be charged at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.
Auto-Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the same plan.
Credit Top-Ups
- Credit top-ups are one-time consumable purchases.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed.
- Unused top-up credits remain available while your account is active.
Credit Consumption
Travelle AI Credits are a virtual unit used to access AI-powered features within the App. Credits have no monetary value outside the App and are not redeemable for cash.
Different features consume different amounts of Credits. The number of Credits consumed per operation may vary depending on factors including the type of feature used, the complexity of the request, and the computational resources required.
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and adjust the Credit system, including Credit consumption rates, Credit allocations per subscription tier, and the features available for Credits, at any time in our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to the Credit system through the App.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your Credit balance. We are not obligated to notify you when your balance is low or depleted.
Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple or Google. Refunds are handled per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Credits do not carry monetary value outside the App. If a refund is granted by Apple or Google, we reserve the right to revoke any credits or subscription benefits associated with the refunded transaction.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice. Your continued use after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Trip itineraries generated by Travelle are created by an AI system (Google Gemini), not a human travel agent. AI-generated content is clearly identified in the App.
- AI-generated itineraries are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
- You are solely responsible for verifying all travel information, including prices, availability, opening hours, safety conditions, visa requirements, and legal requirements of any destination.
- AI-generated content delivered to you through the App becomes part of your trip data. You may use, modify, and share it freely.
- AI systems, including Google Gemini, may produce content that is inaccurate, outdated, fabricated, or entirely fictional. This includes but is not limited to: non-existent businesses, incorrect addresses, fabricated reviews, inaccurate pricing, wrong operating hours, and imaginary destinations or attractions. This is a known limitation of current AI technology.
- AI features are powered by third-party services and may be subject to availability, rate limits, and content policies.
- Travelle is not liable for any loss, injury, expense, or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including chat responses and trip modifications.
When using AI Chat, the AI may access your trip data, expenses, balances, member information, and travel statistics to answer your questions. This data access occurs only in response to your explicit questions and is not performed passively.
AI Chat conversation history is stored on our servers to maintain context. You may delete individual conversations at any time.
AI-powered trip modifications are applied to your trip data only when you explicitly approve them. You can review and further modify any changes.
Travelle AI is powered by third-party large language model (LLM) technology. Your conversations may be processed by these third-party AI services to generate responses. We do not share your personal account information with these providers beyond what is necessary to generate responses within your conversation.
6. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through Travelle, including trip data, photos, descriptions, and notes.
License to Us
By uploading content to Travelle, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the App. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
Your Responsibilities
- You represent that you have the right to upload any content you share, including photos.
- You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on any third party's rights.
Content Reporting
We do not review, endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for content created or shared by users. If you believe any user content violates these Terms, is illegal, or infringes your rights, you may report it to support@travelle.app. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove or disable access to any user content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Third-Party Content
- Cover photos sourced from Unsplash are provided under the Unsplash License. You agree not to remove or obscure photographer attribution on Unsplash-sourced images.
- Activity and location photos may be sourced from Google Places and are subject to Google's Terms of Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits, credit restrictions, or security measures
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the App's operation
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these rules.
8. Expense Tracking
The expense tracking and splitting features in Travelle are provided as informal organizational tools only. Expense calculations, balances, and suggested payment amounts are not legally binding financial records. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any expense calculation, currency conversion, or balance summary. You are solely responsible for verifying all expense amounts and settling debts directly with other trip members. Travelle is not a financial service, payment processor, or debt collection service. We are not responsible for any financial disputes, overpayments, underpayments, or losses arising from reliance on expense information displayed in the App.
9. Trip Collaboration
When you invite others to collaborate on a trip, you grant them access to view and (depending on their role) edit that trip's data, including itineraries, activities, and expenses. You can manage member roles and remove members at any time. Trip owners can delete trips, which removes access for all members.
If a trip owner deletes their Travelle account, ownership of any shared trips they own is automatically transferred to another member so the trip continues to be accessible to the rest of the group. Trips you are a member of (but do not own) continue to exist for the other members if you delete your account; you are simply removed from the trip.
10. Intellectual Property
Travelle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brezza Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Travelle name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Brezza Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
11. Third-Party Services
Travelle integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Google (Gemini AI, Places, Sign-In), Apple (Sign-In, App Store), Unsplash, PostHog, RevenueCat, and Expo. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Subscription management is processed through Apple and Google's payment systems via RevenueCat.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR TRAVEL PLANS.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BREZZA LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISSED FLIGHTS, INCORRECT ITINERARIES, TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
We do not store payment card numbers, banking information, or government-issued identification. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and Google through their respective app stores.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brezza Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) content you upload or share through the App; or (d) your willful misconduct. This indemnification does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Travelle's own negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@travelle.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of New Jersey, United States. Either party may bring claims in small claims court as an alternative.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to support@travelle.app within 30 days of creating your account.
Delegation
The arbitrator, and not any court, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement.
Batch Arbitration
If 25 or more similar claims are filed against Travelle within a 60-day period, the parties agree that they shall be grouped into batches of no more than 25. A single arbitrator shall hear and resolve one batch at a time.
European Users
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply regardless of the arbitration provisions above. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
16. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from inside the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@travelle.app.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Active subscriptions are not automatically canceled upon account termination. You must cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store.
- You may appeal an account termination by contacting support@travelle.app within 30 days of termination.
- If we discontinue the App entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to export your trip data.
- Sections 10, 13, 14, 15, and 17 survive termination of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. The App may not be used in any country or by any person subject to United States sanctions.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, government actions, or pandemics.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Accessibility
Travelle is committed to improving the accessibility of our App for all users, including people with disabilities. We are working to improve accessibility and welcome your feedback. If you experience any accessibility barriers while using Travelle, please contact us at support@travelle.app with a description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility concerns.
22. Statute of Limitations
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Push Notifications
Push notifications are delivered only with your device-level permission, which you may revoke at any time through your device settings or within the App. We do not send unsolicited text messages (SMS/MMS) for marketing purposes.
24. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brezza Labs LLC regarding the App.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms. You may not assign your rights or obligations.
